More… Tag Day solicitation participants must be at least sixteen (16) years of age. No more than four (4) participants shall be allowed in the designated intersections at a time. All participants must wear reflective safety vests. Participants are required to clearly identify the organization they represent. The Board of Works shall set the start and finish time of any solicitation. In the event of inclement weather, the duty falls upon the solicitor(s) not to engage during such inclement weather. The Board of Works may further limit or require all participants to act in adherence to protocol and restrictions per any public health emergency that exists and has been declared by the Governor, State or County Department of Health, or the Mayor of the City of Portage.
